International Students

At Metropolitan College of New York, we pride ourselves on selecting a diverse population of unique students from over 40 countries around the globe. Qualified international applicants are eligible for immigration assistance as well as a comprehensive orientation program. Residents of foreign countries should initiate the application process as early as possible to ensure admissions into their semester of choice.

To be considered for admission, you must submit the following:

  • Completed International Student Application with $45 application fee (www.applyweb.com/aw?acc)
  • Academic transcripts evaluated by the W.E.S. (www.wes.org)
  • We also accept evaluations from Globe language Services, Inc (www.globelanguage.com)
  • SAT, or GRE Test (School Code 2157)
  • Official TOEFL or IELTS Report with a score of 61 IBT (TOEFL) and 5.0 (IELTS) is required for undergraduate students and 80 IBT (TOEFL) and 5.5 (IELTS) for graduate students. Note: You can request to have your score report sent directly to MCNY by requesting ETS or IELTS to send those scores to 2157 MCNY.
  • 2 professional letters of recommendation for graduate school applicants
  • Immunization forms (MMR)
  • Proof of financial support
