Office Hours: Monday and Thursday from 10AM–7PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10AM–6PM and Friday from 1PM–6PM. We are also open every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 10AM–2PM. During registration periods, Student Financial Services offers extended office hours. Please call in advance to inquire about these extended hours.

In-person counseling and payment processing is available to both currently enrolled and prospective students. No appointments are necessary but students may be asked to wait before sitting down with a counselor during busy times in the year.

Our Student Financial Services Office also has a designated computer lab where students can receive assistance from our staff to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), New York State TAP or other state grant application, and/or federal loan applications. You may also use this lab to make online payments via your Self-Service account.
