MCNY Email Services

MCNY provides e-mail accounts for all students and faculty. Students who need to set up an account should first visit the Computer Learning Center and speak with a staff member. Once an account is set up, students use the computers on campus to access email. In addition, students and faculty can also check email from remote locations. Refer to the following instructions when checking email away from campus. Any comments, suggestions or inquiries should be directed to the Computer Learning Center at ext 3903 or 3904.

Student Email Faculty Email MCNY Student Email Instructions on how to access your Metropolitan College of New York email account from outside the college: Obtain your Internet connection (either via dial-up, cable or DSL line) so that you can access the Internet. Open your browser Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 7 recommended. Netscape 5 and earlier are not recommended. Go to the Address Bar on the top of the page and clear it out. Once clear, type webmail.metropolitan.edu in the address bar (or click here). Type your USERNAME and PASSWORD into the bar where it prompts you to LOG IN. Your MCNY student email account is now open. MCNY Faculty Email Instructions on how to access your Metropolitan College of New York email account from outside the college: Obtain your Internet connection (either via dial-up, cable or DSL line) so that you can access the Internet.
