Metropolitan College of New York is a private, independent, not for profit institution of higher education.
The college is accredited by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The College is approved for the training of veterans and other eligible persons by the New York State Education Department.

Accelerated studies…while working full-time
MCNY has developed a curriculum that allows students to graduate in less time than other colleges, even while working full-time (except the Master of Science in Education program). Part-time options are available.
It’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it. MCNY students go to school full-time and pursue their education full-time. They get their degrees faster and they continue to earn money because they don’t have to quit their jobs or cut back to a part-time schedule to go to school.
